IMPORTANT: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH VITALVERSE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES.

Use of VitalVerse does not create a doctor-patient relationship. You must always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all data, documents, and information you upload to VitalVerse. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload such content and that it complies with applicable laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalVerse's total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (B) fifty dollars ($50 USD).

This limitation applies only where permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VitalVerse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the "Forget Me" feature. Your account will be permanently deleted after a 5-day grace period.
